I stopped smoking tobacco cigarettes 9 months ago using them and haven't smoked either for 5 months. I smoked for 40 years and this is the longest that I've gone without smoking. I never want a cigarette now but I know that if I get tempted there is an electronic cigarette in a drawer so I am very unlikely to buy any more tobacco cigarettes. Electronic cigarettes are also better for your circulation. I suffered a lot of pain in my fingers from Reynards disease during the last few winters but this year it's been nowhere near as bad with not smoking.
