WHEN I PHONED THE 1-800 #, THE MENU CAME ON, I PRESSED THE BUTTON TO SPEAK TO A
REPRESENTATIVE AND THE PHONE KEPT RINGING….I GUESS YOU MUST BE DOING SUCH A
GREAT BUSINESS THAT YOU DON\\\’T NEED TO CALL CUSTOMERS BACK!!!!!!
I WANTED TO PURCHASE THE LUCI UNIT FOR A FRIEND, BUT I ASKED IF YOU WOULD TAKE
PHONE ORDERS SINCE I DO NOT USE MY CREDIT CARD OVER THE PHONE………….NO REPLY

Hi, Sorry to hear the hassles you have had. We are not the Luci Corporation. I am sure you must be trying to find them. Lucinow.com is an affiliate site selling Luci E-Cigarettes. The site you need is myluci.com – this is lucinow.com. I understand the confusion though.
